1. Acceptance
By creating a Timora account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are registering on behalf of a business you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. Service Description
Timora provides a cloud-based salon management platform including appointment booking, payment processing, inventory management, and financial reporting tools. Features may change with notice.
3. Subscription and Payment
Timora operates on a subscription model. The 14-day trial period requires no payment. After trial expiry, continued use requires an active subscription at the current published rates. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Timora for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, or to reverse-engineer the platform. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
5. Data Ownership
Your business data remains yours. Timora does not claim ownership of your client records, financial data, or business information. You may export your data at any time and request full deletion on account closure.
6. Limitation of Liability
Timora is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Timora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
